Mr. Sanjay Varma

Founder and Director of Tulip Properties

Mr. Sanjay Varma, the founder, and director of Tulip Properties finds peace in delivering dream abodes to one & all. He laid down the foundation of Tulip Properties in 2012 and since then, it has given rise to various residential & commercial units. To date, it has served 350+ families and its projects cover more than 10 lakh sq. ft. In the next 5 years, he also plans to deliver 1200 flats and 100 commercial units. His badge of pride is Infinity Tower, Punawale which has also been declared one of the Top 5 trending projects in Ravet. Last but not the least, his dedication takes the form of his daily visits to all of his projects and his hard work is clearly reflected in his work.

Mr. Anand Sathe commenced this dream of Tulip Properties in 2012 as one of the founders and directors, along with Mr. Sanjay Varma. He holds a strong entrepreneurial vision and wishes to extend his dream of affordable housing to everyone. Their reputed legacy has concluded into numerous residential and commercial projects today over 10 lakh sq. ft. area. Also, more than 350 families hold testimony to their work. In the upcoming period of 5 years, he also holds plans to translate the dream of 200 flats and 100 commercial units in reality.
